This U.S. Post office branch has to have the WORST mail carriers in the entire system. They constantly lie about deliveries, ie : rang doorbell no one home (a blatant lie, I was home ALL day of occurrence) could not deliver - animal interference ( there is not a single dog on our street; how does that stop you from placing package in mailbox?). Can’t deliver package too heavy( how did package get from point A to my house if too heavy) these mail carriers at this location are only following the lead of their leader (Post Master) another worthless federal employee earning a “tax payer funded” paycheck. The day that UPS/FedEx/ etc take over the USPS will be the first day that mail service will definitely improve for the better. * would give no star if had the option *
I’m missing mail from a month ago. Mail just doesn’t come a lot of the time and there’s nothing we can do about it. I ordered a new license that was scheduled to be at my house on Saturday (The post office scans my mail and sends an email to me with what I am supposed to be receiving that day) and it is now Wednesday and I still don’t have it. I’m missing packages, medicines, and it’s occurring to all people this post office services. Everyone I talk too says they are experiencing this also.
INSUFFICIENT ADDRESS ,but you never drove to my mailbox or any one else for that matter.Yes, I checked my security cameras and guess what? No mail truck in the neighborhood. Then you got the nerve to have a chip on your shoulder because I question you ? They need to terminate all the people with attitudes and rehire people that want to work.....And guess what? I have good mind to share this video with the local media!
Excellent customer service! My son has just became a Marine and I like to send care pages often and Becky has been so helpful assisting me.
As a follow up on delivery issues, made a trip to the post office to talk to the supervisor/post master of this post office about what had been going on. Becky at the counter told us that the supervisor refused to speak with us because he was having his morning coffee and that I should leave. They refused to help or to hear what I had to say. I plan to pursue this with the post master generals office in Washington. There is no customer service there. There is no excuse for such behavior in this instance. Very rude and unprofessional staff within that location.
