Confused why this pace doesn’t have a higher rating. I think people go here and complain about there mail delivery when this is a distribution center (technically). The service here is always good. Mail service throughout great bridge is always good. I have never not gotten a package near the scheduled time. With COVID wait times might be longer... shocking get over it Karen... be realistic... the workers here do a great job!
I live in 23320 area and my packages keep going to 23322 even though my address is correct on the box. This last package is over 2 months old and supposedly got delivered to me yesterday. Company won't refund me $$$ because USPS supposedly delivered it. Cant get a live person on the phone tonexplain
So when I say this, i am not saying this lightly. This is the best post office on American soil i have ever been to. They took time to help me with great customer service including an amazing attitude. When Iwas waiting I looked around and seen how they were treating each customer and all treated fairly with up most respect. I could only hope every post office had this customer service, especially the one in ocean springs MS which just happens to be the worst out of every city I have visited, when comes to a post office. Thank you
I’d give 0 stars, but there are some employees that work there who are great. This place as a whole should be shut down. The drivers are NEVER consistent, create false statements when “attempted to deliver” packages, have had packages delivered to wrong residences, not open during posted hours and misplaced mail/packages and have had to place inquiries via website to figure out what was going on. I understand the pandemic issues, but hire reliable people and put the right people in the right positions and maybe things get better.
We have been waiting over 4 weeks to get all of our mail. My wife went yesterday and there was a yellow paper in the P.O. Box saying we had a package that wouldn’t fit in the box. The supervisor That came out from the back took the ticket and was gone for 35 Minutes. She then came out with it in her hand and started to help someone else and my wife said wait a minute I’m still waiting for our package and she said she could not find it. My wife of course ask what do you mean you can’t find it and she said I don’t know what to tell you we don’t know where it’s as. Also we were told that our Stimulus Check was mailed 5 weeks ago and no sign of that also. The post office is just like the IRS they don’t do their Job, they don’t care about us and NOTHING CAN BE DONE TO THEM!!!! I’m Glad I don’t run my Business like that or we would go Bankrupt!!! 1-10 I give our postal system a -4!!!
