By far the slowest bunch if employees on the planet. They make the DMV seem proficient. Avoid if possible.
This post office is awesome! I have dropped off over 900 packages between Oct 2020-Dec2020 in the Pre-pay basket and everyone one has been scanned. These employees are amazing!
Every woman working the front desk in this post office when I came in was just rude and angry no customer service and a really bad attitude. One of the ladies rolled her eyes at a older man who couldn’t hear her. They just look miserable. I won’t be coming here again .
If I could give them a zero I would. The simple fact that they have people wearing mask to “protect” people and they will not help you out if you don’t have one. While the employees are walking around with out mask and enforcing customer to wear mask you need to pick and choose which way to go. What about all you employees that aren’t wearing mask and gloves handling all the mail and package point blank period if one person breaks rules your breaking the “safety” of others. Just think how many people handle package or mail without gloves and mask and your employees handle it then etc. I wonder how many employees would pop up positive at this place!
This place isn’t bad, people just don’t have patience nor the respect for the employees. It’s a small facility with limited parking. The line is hectic during the holidays and with covid at its rise, it doesn’t help make it easier. I come here to ship out my packages and renew my passport to this location & I can’t complain about my experience. Also, for previous individuals who complain about them not providing mask, you’re an adult! You should already have one on hand. I applaud the employees there who have to deal with insensitive individuals who complain about the littlest things.
