Definitely does not deserve a star but i have to put one. I was expecting a package today and it told me that it was delivered this morning and it was left in a parcel locker. Well I live in an apartment so how that works, is they leave the keys to the parcel locker in your mailbox. So I go to my mailbox because I get a delivery notification no keys in there. So I’m thinking that maybe it’s a mixup maybe the websites just being weird, so I contact the website. Nope it was delivered. So I called my post office, no answer. I called back at least 15 times, still no answer. And I’ve been calling since 1:30 PM up until they closed at 5:15 PM. there’s only two things that could possibly happen. Either my delivery driver put it in the wrong mailbox and now somebody else has my very expensive package. Or he did leave it in the parcel locker and just forgot to put the key in my mailbox. Either way no package, and no way to get a hold of them because they are extremely impossible to get a hold of. They don’t answer the phones, and the hotline is even more unhelpful.

Wish I could leave 0 stars but I have to settle for 1. This place epitomizes how poorly managed government run entities are and how impossible they are to contact. A supervisor was supposed to contact me 1 month ago on a severely damaged package because the customer service number lead to multiple dead ends. Didn't happen. Also, I keep getting packages at my door which are supposed to be for someone else. This place won't return my calls so the packages continue to sit outside. I would rather get covid and be intubated before I would make the choice to use this place again for any services.

Trash there voicemail is full so you can’t leave a message for them to call you back

Mail person doesn't delivery my mail and I haven't gotten mail since about Friday. I see i have a lot of mail and from my new job that been sitting at office. Inside people seem nice would give them 5 but not the mail person.

Any time I go in, I always have a good expereince. Tellers are always freindly to me.
