One of the worst local post offices I've ever had to deal with. Staff is mostly friendly, but don't ever expect anything on time, and things constantly go missing. been this way for years.
I had such a bad experience at this post office. Julie was unhelpful and unfriendly. I hate to give a negative review, but the rest of our vacation in Idaho has been so wonderful that it was a bummer to have an interaction with someone so rude. How do people like this get hired to serve the public?
Expect everything to go wrong that could possibly go wrong. Super friendly staff but completely inefficient operation. They will lose your mail, then make up excuses for why, the Postmaster, John McDonals has absolutely no work ethic nor customer service skills. His attitude is “Good enough for government work.” Everyone else is terrific and friendly but they are understaffed.
The DMV is more helpful than this Post Office...
