Don't get me wrong its a great place and all but my problem is everytime I order something its always a day or two late which I'm gonna give the benefit of the doubt that they're most likely busy but I've never got a package when it was expected but what the problem is they had 8 hours to deliver something only 10 minutes away but I don't know it never got delivered but oh well.

I was expecting a general delivery and had to leave Grants earlier than planned. The young man at the counter took my information and forwarded my mail to Elephant Butte post office as requested. Thank you.

Very rude cashier on Saturday morning 11/14/20. He left the area after telling me that I should’ve crossed off all tags on box and put the address on. He came back and then was ticked off when I couldn’t pay for the package to be shipped.

I live in apartments and my mail carrier won't bring packages to my door. She just leaves pink slips in my mailbox. I've requested redilivery and I still just get the pink slip. The one time she came to my door she was half way down the steps when I got to the door...so she knocked and turned immediately. Every time I go inside the staff is helpful and I don't usually have to wait long.
