I am in Folsom for last 5yrs, and frequent visitor to USPS, never had any bad experience. Staff are very courteous and cooperative. It will be awesome if they keep smiling :) cheers.
Every experience I’ve had at this post office and with its employees has been overwhelmingly positive. The staff seems to always be doing more with less, and the added stresses of COVID I’m sure are particularly taxing. Mistakes happen. That’s a fact of life. So, yes, the employees here, like all of us, are imperfect. But the courtesy they’ve shown me and my perception of their apparent commitment to public and customer service makes me very appreciative of the work they do to keep this operation running.nnAnd Trish is the best!
though carrier picked up the mail to send from my mailbox, all they did was put those letters in the next mailbox stop at the end of the street. I mailed letters 5 days ago. Some of the letter were payments. I will be watching for that carrier.
Packages/parcel drop box its always Closed.....nClosed forever
They couldn’t find my missing package. God help us all!
