One person working the desk and 15 people in line. The clerk had NO sense of urgency to move any faster than a snails pace. Or to call for help from another coworker. NOT what you want during the holiday season in a pandemic.

One of the clerks here is particularly unfriendly. I've been treated like a criminal by this guy more than once- older white guy, glasses, dark hair going gray. Sheesh, I was on the PO's side till running into this clown. Ok forget it, post office, I'll start doing even more of my business electronically, who needs the grief?
