Everyone here is nice and helpful.
Could somebody possibly answer the phone? Guess not.
They constantly put mail in the wrong boxes. Examples include my credit card, my car tags, someone else's heart medication. They often lock up early and the manager is never there when I can finally make it in on Saturdays to deal with all the issues. Then they will take your name so they can call you back and never do.
I go to the Orient location on a weekly basis, staff is friendly and informative.
This place is rude, and a huge disappointment. Using UPS and Fedex. Shameful
