Employees were very nice and polite.
They lie about having your package worst post office ever.
Fast service.
Ordered a package and it was lost. I was in contact for a week and was given different answers every day. Finally they tell me it was supposedly redelivered and that there was a picture but they wouldnt show me the picture of MY package that was supposedly delivered at night to MY address. Then they tell me to file a claim but when i try it tells me i cant file a claim on this package. This office is horrible i have had multiple issues with them.
I have always had pleasant interactions with the Batavia Post Office. I frequently ship items that I sell online, and I still prefer to go into the location to purchase postage. Sure, I may have to wait a few minutes from time to time, but overall I get in and out pretty quickly. The staff is always pretty friendly - but I'm also a bit of a regular. They are always knowledgeable about shipping options.
