Bills mailed from this location get to company late incurring a late fee. My magazine was on the ground by the mailbox. I have gotten my neighbors mail several times. What is wrong with these folks? I'm signing up for on-line bill payment. Then wonder why people are not utilizing your services anymore!

We have lived in the village for years. Money has been taken from cards. Magazines delivered weeks late with cookie crumbs inside !nA change of address form was submitted with a specific date for mail to be forwarded which our carrier stopped delivery weeks before the requested forwarding date. Then when we thought the date was corrected to stopped we had a delivery ! Lucky that we were still here. Some serious training appears to be necessary !!!

Way better than Florida Post Offices.

Postal Employee's are friendly and helpful. Delivary of mail from Spencerport is TERRIBLE. There is no early pickup ....even INSIDE the post office They all seem to be picked at the end of the day; 3:00 and 5:00 pm. My mail is ALWAYS received late. I will put a letter inside the post office, and It still hasn't been received 6 - 7 days later. A person I know always drives her mail to Paychex to post, because it will clear 2 - 3 days earlier. Spencerport is low volume. Can't you just pick up the mail that was dropped off inside and outside the post office first thing in the morning? Thanks.

Friendly people here mostly. Sometimes wait times at counter are long. Try self checkout option if line is long.
