Rosie makes me laugh every time I go in there it’s always a good time during my visit. Couldn’t be more thankful for workers like Slingerlands. I go to Slingerlands even though I live in Delmar... no customer service can beat hers or the young gentleman. They know how to make you leave with a smile. Delmars post office workers need to take tips from them on how to treat people who are paying for your retirement!!!!!! Sam is awful and should consider never working in retail ever again.

The woman at the front desk with highlighted blonde hair, middle age was extremely rude. Before getting up to the counter I watched her aggressively throw packages of others in front of me in a mail carrier cart that was arms reach away. I went in to inquire about picking up a package, that I had a notification had arrived at the facility this morning. In which she responded that they have “3,000 packages in the back and that there’s no way for her to find it unless my package was on a hold” incredibly unprofessional. I’m confused as to why they wouldn’t be able to find it if I have all the proper info for this package. The package was suppose to be delivered well over a week ago. She then attempted to ask if I wanted my package on a hold, which at this point she was pushy trying to get my information to put it on said “hold.” I will be avoiding this office for the future as well as trying to get future packages delivered thru UPS or fedex instead.

Hands down the rudest workers. Appalling.

Vikki & Wanda are absolutely terrible at their job. Rude, condescending, and lazy. They act like they are doing me a favor to get up and service the public. They gave the wrong information to my wife on her first visit and told her to go home and locate forms online that are absolutely not online. Then they gave me wrong information when I inquired via phone. Ultimately gave me terrible in person service which I had to pull teeth to get a particular form processed. In the end they refused to let me photo the form I just filled out for my records. These are simpletons who are power hungry in their little post office world. So sick of government agencies with terrible customer service and poorly trained staff.

I have had countless terrible experiences at this post office. I live nearby and refuse to go here after the last one. A few of the women are incredibly rude and unhelpful. God forbid you walk in at 5:15 even though they are open until 5:30.
