Needed to drop a package, drove all the way there for me and another lady to walk inside to see its closed even though the sign on door said they're open, service is usually eh, I stick with FedEx but it was a return item, now not sure if I can return it since itll be late
Super slow delivery and false advertising. Ordered 2-day shipping, it's been over 5 days and package still hasn't arrived.
Long wait times.
