been waiting on a package for almost a month now. keeps getting scanned as out for delivery. watched the mail man deliver next door mail & skip us. then they send it to Omaha & then back to us. skips us again. I've called, I've tracked, I've been promised it's in the carriers bag & will be delivered....still nothing. At this rate, it's just as well that it's going to be privatized soon
Cindy was extremely rude, and overall rude front desk employees. Poor service.
Dont even think about calling instead of going in. i finally gave up after being on hold for 25 mins and still no help. What a joke
Very good communicate and excellent service.
1 star because the woman working is extremely rude. I went in with my shipping label and package. I wasnt sure of how to attach the printed label to the package. She looked at me like I was an annoyance and gave me priority label tape and asked that I use the tape. I used 2 pieces of tape and politely asked if that was enough. She snapped and said it would tear off and told me to tape the edges. I did as she said and asked if she needed anything else from me, or if I could go. She looked at the label as if I did something wrong and said just leave it. She was also very rude to the people in line ahead of me. You're in the wrong profession if you cant be professional when handling customers. Luckily there is another post office in town.. let just hope that one has professionals behind the counter.
