Can you guys please stop stealing our mail? Several of my packages never came. On the upside or mailman is very kind and sweet, awesome postal carrier.
Lady at the customer service desk is SO rude. I stopped in to pick up a package. Not hard, nothing crazy i needed. I was met with her rolling her eyes at me like i was the biggest inconvenience to her. As she walked away from me to grab the package, she was throwing her hands around like i ruined her whole Christmas. I hate dealing with our post office here. Ill drive out of town to get stamps or any other supplies from now on....
The lady in the front office was extremely rude . Eyes rolling when asked a question shoulders shrugged when had to look for something asked another question made a noise and with attitude gave her answer.. Horrible employee with ugly personality
I ordered shampoo and some other personal hygiene products from four different companies online two months ago and never received them. I received confirmal email confirming all my orders. I contacted the companies and they replied back to me and said I should have received them around a month and half ago. I really do not like to point fingers but I payed for those orders and to just not receive them has me left wondering where did they go? I tried to resolve the matter by visiting this post office but I was ignored by an older blond haired lady at the service counter. If this continues to happen, I will have no choice to move to another nearby town. I really don't want to move because I love this town and the people here are very welcoming and kind.
Thank you for holding my package and messing up the tracking for a week and then stealing the majority of my package. You guys are very professional at this establishment.
