I wasn’t receiving mail/packages, however calling once resolved all my issues!
The postal delivery person for Oslund Rd in Mancelona should actually have a job picking up garbage. An 8 x 10 photo that was sent through the mail had a bright red sticker on the front of the envelope, DO NOT BEND. The delivery person proceeded to wrap the envelope around another package and destroyed the picture. Upon calling the Mancelona Postmaster, I was told that the delivery person wasn’t at fault. Obviously the uneducated delivery person doesn’t know how to read and the Postmaster could care less about proper care and delivery to Mancelona customers. This is not the first complaint to this post office and this matter will be pursued further.
Constantly not receiving orders due to poor service. Have a p.o box that is linked to my address but yet it never gets put in there. Just another government system cheating the people and making life even more difficult.
Mail constantly being delivered to wrong address. Expecting a delivery and on USPS tracking it says delivery attempted. Checked mailbox and no slip saying it's at the post office. You haven't even delivered my mail yet! This happens all of the time! Now I have to wait until Monday.
Still waiting to receive mail in my mailbox. It's been up for four days now. When I went in and asked why, they told me they didn't notice it was up. Which is weird since the mailman waived at me when he drove by last week while I was fixing it.
