Always prompt, friendly service. I never have had to wait long, even during holidays and tax time. I have always walked out on an up beat ( imagine that for a government facility).
I love Harvard PO! Always pleasant and helpful and now with Covid, wear masks. My packages get to where they’re supposed to go...on time.
Next time your delivery person brings a package to the house that happened to be a Christmas present make sure they don’t put it on the step’s outside the front door to where it gets stepped on and tripped over!!!!
Every time I go there to pick something up or drop something off, everyone there makes it seems like I am hassling them just to do there jobs? Just picking up a C.O.D. there is like pulling teeth! Do your job people and don't be there if it makes you that miserable.
