Here goes another 1 star review. After living for over a year in my current location, the drivers seem to be completely incompetent and lacking any sense of direction. ALL of my packages get returned, forwarded or stuffed to the wrong mailbox. These last 2 packages have been forwarded because the driver could not find my front door/ mailbox...what a joke. But I’m not surprised at all considering at the types of people that work there to begin with. Good luck to them.
I had a package routed through this facility. No issues whatsoever. Quick turnaround time.
This is the 'black hole' of mail distribution centers in the Chicagoland area. If your tracking number reveals the misfortune of your package even driving by this place, you can expect LONG delays and impossible to follow leapfrogging of your package until they feel like delivering it, or hell, they may just keep it for themselves! Bad vibes all around! No one will ever answer the phone either. No Bueno! They are thinking of closing this facility due to lack of accountability and poor performance. I hope they do. We stood by the post office when it was in trouble. We deserve better! Shameful performance I will use another carrier for future shipments.
I have had most of my packages routed through this horrible facility unfortunately. Delivery drivers must have limited English reading ability, because almost every single package gets delivered to the wrong house, lost, or returned to sender. Unable to reach anyone on the phone.
My package has been in this place for 2 WEEKS DUDE. They won't even answer the phone. Based on the common theme in other reviews this facility must SUCK! I work minimum wage during a pandemic too but 2 weeks?? This place needs to hire more people or be inspected.
