Our local route man was great. The staff at the front desk were always helpful. (We just moved out of Illinois) I mean no disrespect, but the USPS management personnel should all be fired and deported to Haiti.
I continuously have issues at this location particularly. I have attempted to get my passport application done 4 times and every time I’m not able to be serviced for different reasons. I will NOT recommend. The staff is less than professional to say the least. I’m extremely disappointed.
I have not had mail delivery in 3 days. This is ridiculous. Keep your paws off the USPS, that belongs to the PEOPLE. It should be put back the way it was! My mail is important to me, especially during these times! I appreciate and support the Postal workers of Homewood, IL and throughout the USA and know that is is not their fault, per se. The powers to be need to cut it out, we have eyes and can see what is going on. Never before in my lifetime have I seen anything like this! I WANT MY MAIL DELIVERED AND I WANT IT DELIVERED EVERY DAY ON TIME!!
I shipped two packages from this post office weeks ago and my family hasn’t received the packages. This place is a joke. Another family member shipped packages from another post office after me and it was delivered in four days! What they doing just holding the packages!?
