Mr. Reyes has excellent customer service skills. Other post office employees especially the location on Grand & LeClaire should take a page out of Mr. Reyes book on customer service. He is always in a good mood and he treats every customer with the same attention and respect.
I'll join the T. Reyes fan club. He jokes around with everyone, but his experience is evident - he's efficient and knows just what to do even for less common categories of mail. The post office itself is clean and organized, with plenty of space to write package labels or line up at the counter. Hand sanitizer is right next to the payment touchpad. This location deserves its above-average rating.nn(Also, this is totally subjective, but I love that there's so much blue inside and out. It makes the place easy to find and feels extra post officey.)

I’m a small business owner and usually have a decent amount of packages to bring, and every time I go over there everyone is extremely helpful and kind! I do not understand the negative reviews whatsoever~ and honestly as someone whose job includes a lot of knowledge about the shipping and handling items, I think these negative reviews just comes from people projecting their entitlement and insecurity from not knowing how the postal system works, let alone how hard the postal service works for us! 10/10 experiences across the board!
