You guys need to ditch that self help center. If people need help, they should be able to quickly and efficiently get in touch with a staff member or representative instead of wasting 15 minutes listening to some robot helper. (“Helper” by the way is an exceedingly proper lie) Secondly, the time of day in which your drivers actually get us our mail is entirely too late. I don’t much like coming home from work at 5-6 o’clock and seeing my mail just arrived
This Post Office location is very convenient for me. I hope they can keep going. I have never had a problem mailing packages or buying stamps. The letter carrier does a great job considering how difficult it has been this year. I am glad that they are here and appreciate their hard work.
It's always 30 to 45 minute wait. Nice people but 2 cashiers. I can drive downtown and mail my things and drive Back home before the line even moves on wabash.
They were very busy but fast and efficient. Friendly and patient employees.
I called to try to find a package that I accidentally put an incorrect address on. Tyrone was super kind and helpful and went out of his way to help me. He was able to locate the package before it got returned to sender and correct my address. I received the package the next day ud83dude0a the package was a dress for an upcoming wedding, so i am very thankful. Thank you, Tyrone!
