I love this place. The employees are always very helpful and we've never really had any problems with anything at all. We end up coming in fairly regularly too and mailing out a ton of mail all over the world and the closest thing to a problem was a mix up on an address to Austria (the guy thought it was supposed to go to Australia) and it took us a moment to catch it too so like... Not a big deal. We caught it in time and beyond that every time we've gone it's been a good experience. I wouldn't say fun exactly but I don't dread going there and the wait time is never over 10 minutes when they're crowded.
I had a seller mail a package in a flat rate box and only paid for 1 ounce so additional money was due, the Postmaster Greg hand delivered me this package and did not send it back even though he could have chosen that route. I live 10 miles from post office so this shows the character that our Jasper, Alabama Postmaster has, He cares about people and our mail! Thank you GREG for your generosity and going beyond your job duties!
The postal workers are very helpful. Always greet there patrons with How can I help you and Thank you at the end. Very knowledgeable of rules and regulations. Most of the office workers have worked there for several years.
The employees are always nice and helpful. Service is very fast, usually at least three clerk's arenworking at a time. You can get allnyour shipping material here, nice greeting cards, gift cards to almost anything you want, and Jasper, Alabama United StatesnPostal always has a greatnvariety of postage stamps. ud83dudcaf
They are always super friendly and keep things running. For the amount of packages I receive, I never have any problems.
