They have always been helpful. I have been going there since 2013 and it is my favorite location in Sioux falls. Great service and knowledgeable
I would give less than one star if I could. I printed off and paid for my labels online but brought my packages in just to make sure they were all weighed correctly and proper postage paid before sending them out. I also had a letter to pay for and send. The woman weighed one and said just take them around the corner and drop,them in the bin. I asked her if I should put fragile on the packages since they were jewelry but not glass or anything and she scoffed at me and said I should have already. She then said I needed to move over to a counter across the way to keep the line going even though there was only 1 person behind me and there was another employee there as well :(
Super friendly and helpful
They’re pretty good at delivering my mail.nThe things that is frustrating for me is when they bend the “don’t bend packages” & then shoves everything into my mailbox.nThe newest thing that ticks me off is when I receive pkgs. the put a green piece of paper in my box, which means you have to go to the counter & pick up your pkg., they used to put a key in your box. I work usually don’t leave work until late & by the time I get up the post office they’re closed...so I can’t pick up the pkg. until Saturday if I’m lucky.
Direct number given by 1800 cs rep has a full mailbox. Nobody can answer phone so plan on wasting an hour to travel to the physical location for what could take 5 min over the phone
