Extremely slow and bad about losing packages
Employees are incapable of delivering mail to the correct address. Packages are nigh impossible to get, and they will directly *lie* to the tracking if the carrier *forgets* an item. Absurd. Place should be investigated and new staff should be hired.
Beyond fed up with this po. 16 packages with prepaid labels just needing scanned.something that takes less than a minute to do. Scan 5 then take the customer behind me. Then take scan another 5 after. Make a customer who already paid wait. What happened to first come first served.
It's a post office. Good service. I don't recall ever standing in line for more than three minutes, but maybe that's just my experience.
