I had an appointment to get my passport and the person that helped me (Rosa) was so rude! I know it wasn’t that she was having a bad day because she was not rude to the person in front of me. When I had a question she would half answer and then leave the room. When it was time to take my picture for my passport (which I had to pay an extra $15 for, she told me I couldn’t smile, took my picture without even telling me when she was going to take it. She didn’t even show me the picture and told me there was “not much to it”. It’s a picture that I will have for 10 years so I would like to have had a decent picture, but she seemed like she was in a hurry. Everyone else working there was very nice, I just wish anyone else would’ve helped me but her. Thanks for nothing Rosa. Worst service at a post office!!
We haven't had mail delivered in 3 weeks what's going on with the postal service and where is our mail
Waiting on the phone for about half an hour! So frustrating!!!
We watched the post man mess around. He delivered the normal mail but didn't deliver my package and lied about why he couldn't deliver by saying there was an interference with an animal when there was no animals outside.
Every time I visit my grandparents and have to order something to be delivered by this post office it's late. Every. Single. Time. I don't order things unless I need them quickly and yet they are unable to deliver a package on time. My current package left the facility on a 3 1/2 hour driving trip to get here last night around 8pm. Now, at almost 9pm the following day, when the package is already supposed to be here, it's showing the package is still in transit. 24 hours later. An overnight delivery was paid for when I ordered 2 days ago. I'll be lucky to get it tomorrow. From now on if I have to order something while I'm here I'll be sure the delivery will be via UPS or Fedex. At least they don't screw up every delivery.....
