They went way above and beyond to help find my package and calm my nerves! Tanya even texted me early this morning to let me know it had finally been scanned and it was close by. I appreciate everything they have done for me!
I transferred in from a PTF (part-time flexible) window clerk to a FTR (full-time regular). I transferred from Marionville, MO, and worked here from 4/19 - 7/19 on tour 1. I met many fantastic salt-of-the-earth workers here. I appreciated the opportunity to get overtime, but I wish the SDO's (Supervisor of Distribution Operations) would have monitored my penalty overtime instead of placing that burden on me (tour 1 SDO's are the best).
They do not answer the phone at any time.nnEvery time I call the line is either busy or they do not answer.nnFor being the only post office on the North side of Sioux Falls I would think service would be better.
Pretty quick unloading and sometimes will unload me day early
They do not answer the phone, when they do they are very rude! Trying to get the fill in carriers to stop trampling thru my front yard has been a nightmare! Very unwilling to help!!
