Wow! Are they ever rude here! Been here twice. They are openly abrasive and terse. They treat customers like they are an inconvenience. Each time it's been different employees but with the same BAD attitude. Never have the shipping supplies I need AND a bad attitude. Pass on this Goin Postal Cool Springs location!

Went in for fingerprinting December 28. Appt at 3:20 with 3 people ahead with half hour wait. By the time I left, (4PM) there were 8 people in line inside this small space. Not able to follow COVID spacing guidelines if that's important to you. Recommend calling ahead to see if they are on time. Fingerprint machine is very tempermental and may take extra time. Appreciate the gentleman who worked the process. Must have the patience of a saint!

This place is great, they do everything. I went in for fingerprinting and was able to get a passport photo and notary which eliminated 2 of my errands. The prices are fair. The owners are very friendly and very efficient. They move customers in and out very quickly.
