5 Points Station Post Office

The absolute best staff I've ever encountered at a postal facility. Always helpful in suggesting the most economical way to get a package to the destination within the needed timeframe.nThey're so good I drive past another post office to deal with the nice ladies at the Five Points location.

So this post office is actually inside of a bank so its confusing when you're driving in. Other than that, its a great post office for general needs.

Just horrible customer service. Middle aged female that acts like a disgruntled teenager. Major attitude despite the fact she made an error and overcharged me. Avoid like the plague

This post office is wonderful. They scan every single package they they are given so there is clear tracking information for my customers to follow. I rarely if ever have issues when I take my packages here. The funny part is that this is not a government run facility it is a third party and you can see the huge difference in the online reviews.

Terribly rude! Any time Ive been there was because I needed to mail a package, which is rare. And when I asked for their advice on what would be the best boxes to use to ship my item in, it was always met with sighs, rolling of eyes, and a throwing up of hands like how dare I ask them about anything. Same every time for any question Ive asked them. I always tried to smile and be friendly each time I walk up to the counter and it has been met with sheer contempt.nNow if I need to mail things, I go to the main office. Not friendly, but at least not THAT bad.
