I delivered a package to my bestfriend for Christmas on December 18th 2020 it was supposed to be delivered today so I wanted to check to see if it made it to Memphis because she lives in Memphis I wrote the address on the package and even checked on the little screen to make sure the address was correct and somehow her package ended up In Mississippi.
I send my car paperwork ( title and sales papers) they says next day delivery . It’s now almost three weeks, and I went to ask them about it with my tracking number they told my it may lost and they didn’t offer any help or refund all they say is go online and file claim.nMy advice you have something important don’t send it with them especially this post office in La Vergne they awful bad customer services.
This is the worst post office ever. I have not got my mail for a week. Terrible. Disgraceful.
I ordered pics from shutterfly on the 11th and they were supposed to be here a week ago and i feel like they are hosting my package hostage
I sent off for a book for my birthday. It arrived at this post office on 10-9-2020 it has not moved since. How are the mail in ballots going to work if they can’t even forward one book.
