United States Postal Service

The customer service is disappointing. There’s only one lady who seems to have decent manners. There was a elderly man walking with a cane that starred through the doors maybe a couple of minutes after close. This one lady that works in the middle register (Caucasian and very skinny) came over and stopped him to tell him they’re closed. If the door wasn’t locked in the first place then they should have let him in then locked it. Another lady in line called the manager and he got an attitude about it. The older gentleman just wanted some stamps. If I had my wallet I would have purchased them for him. I really hate dealing with the post office nowadays but heck it’s our only budget friendly option.

Seems like anything associated with postal or government in the Volunteer state, Tennessee, either does not run properly, gives misinformation, or does not run on time and lacks professionalism. Better Business Bureau has been alerted. Need to do what they did at the capitol.

Worst post office I have eva been to. I will not go back. Lost my money orders, n didn't do anything about it. Worst service eva. The white skinny lady is the worst. To customers and they still let her work there knowing she treats the customers horrible.

Too slow for such a busy place only one person working. 14 people in line some with packages leaving for ups store what a shame!!!!!!

Not receiving mail that’s on my dashboard to be delivered that day!! It shows what is coming daily and still my mail is missing.
