Mail tampering has been taken place at this location. A few days ago I had a Amazon package I was waiting on that never came. I had to call in an speak with someone name Daphne Richmond over 20 times about what happened to my package that never showed. At first contact she came off rude and even told me that the mail driver was not gone redeliver my package being that he forgot or was tied up. I informed her that whenever the mail carrier forget to deliver my packages they always have him bring it back. I then inform how I was gone report this matter to higher ups. She then told me she would reach out to the driver. After hours of waiting, my Amazon box arrived but it was WIDE OPEN. Someone had already cut the tape on all sides and my mail carrier brought it to me with the box flaps sticking up. He didn't apologize or even try to explain why my box was wide open. My guess is that someone at this branch (MALE) had plans on stealing my items until they saw that it was just bundles of hair in the box. They immediately saw an AMAZON box and was ready to risk their job and steal my contents. I'm now seeking a higher up to look into this matter.

I cringe when my amazon shipment is sent by USPS everytime.

I've had a P.O. Box here for almost 3 years now. We've had a few problems here and again but it's always been resolved without too big of an ordeal. Place is always clean. Can't really complain about much. Probably going to relocate my box soon. Hope the next place is as consistent as this one.

The elderly woman up front had an awful attitude and held a disdained face the entire time. I just had a question and she acted like I was stupid. Great chance I’ll never come here unless I have to.

Terrible service!!! The elderly women up front are very very rude. They gave me an attitude when I asked something about my passport.
