Brentwood Post Office

Usually polite and helpful. It depends who assists you.

Some of the counter help are very rude I was in before they locked the doors trying to address my package and he told me hurry up we close at 4.. and the said don't say I didn't warn you ..and something about his machine shuts down .. and they wonder why the post office is hurting

They will not answer the phone!

I passed the rural carrier job with a score of 100, accepted an offer, no personal contact was made. Surprisingly fingerprinted at another location. Withdrawn appeared on my profile as I awaited an orientation date. Unprofessionalism is active in my opinion without apology at this location. Today, June 7th, INDEED has the same position open in Bentwood, but if if you search/apply in the Applicant Cockpit for the USPS today June 8, the job is not listed. Perhaps the objective is to send a subliminal message.

I was pleasantly surprised to receive a call from the local area USPS area manager who apologized for the lack of customer service that our son received when he attended the Brentwood Post Office location last week. In response, a special appointment was arranged for him within days and the lead clerk at that location serviced him well. Appreciate them going the extra yard to service our community. The only reason we did not post five stars is because my son had to miss school and go to the post office twice.
