Rude, rude, rude... some of the worst customer service. Packages damaged and missing packages. When I brought it back in I was looked at as if I stole it and told I was lying. Moving my PO Box. Will never be back. Find another job if you hate to deal with people!!!!
Don't know where my packages are because, I have as supposed to have packages delivered October 22nd-27th and have more deliveries that are supposed to be coming all the way through November 12th. This is horrible
Wish I could give the 0 stars... packages upon packages that sit at this office for more than 3days before actually being delivered. (This is the local post office, and last stop, for my address).nnOn a whole separate occasion, I sent out a package at this location and 4 days later received it at my own address again. Nothing wrong, they just “MISSED UP THE ADDRESSES”.. apparently the tiny return address in the corner seems a logical destination address. And even screwing that up, why did it take 4 DAYS to travel 10min down the road....nnIf you have the option, use ANYTHING besides them. I hope usps goes out of business as a whole

Sybil is the worst window clerk in the history of York SC USPS. If she is working the window by herself expect a line to backup and an easy transaction to turn into a vacation. She knows no answers. Retrain her since the rest of the PO are all 5 Stars. I get sick to my stomach when I have to go to her window. She fits the stereotype of what people think of the USPS.
