I don't get the bad reviews. On my first visit, three workers were expeditiously waiting on customers. All were friendly, efficient and helpful. Megan helped me get a PO Box rented. She was beyond courteous and informative while quickly responding to my needs. A++ rating.
Stillwater's post office staff is unfailingly good natured and efficient. We are lucky to have them!
I was supposed to have a package delivered today at the address I’ve used for almost 4 years now and apparently, they don’t know my name or my residency, so my package was not delivered. I went inside and told one of the front desk woman (she was rude) and told me that they’ll have to deliver tomorrow, instead of just handing it to me. I had my tracking information and everything. I proceeded to call usps customer service (rude as well) and he said my package would still get delivered tonight and then hung up in my face. I checked my tracking to see if what he said was true and the delivery person went to my house and still did not deliver my package?! This is so wrong on so many levels, all I want is my package, my name is on the mailbox and everything. I have everything mailed to this address and for some odd reason usps chooses today to say “Addressee Unknown”. We’ll see if it gets delivered tomorrow, I guess.
Self service options are nearly always available. I've never had a long wait, even during busy times.
They are doing an amazing job here during this pandemic, especially. Everyone I have experience with has been kind, efficient, and helpful, despite how crazy busy they are. Awesome!
