Such horrible service and late packages from the main office in tahlequah. Waiting in line too long from cashiers casually talking too much etc...
This post office is the worst place I have ever had to deal with they can’t even deliver a simple package I had the address correct on it and they still sent it back it’s like they gave up on trying to find the address even when I had my phone on the package
Rain, snow, sleet, hail, and even tall grass; USPS will not deliver.
My package had delivery instructions that weren’t followed through by usps, i also have had several issues with my packages being delivered to the wrong address. In store staff is reasonable and fix the mistakes once I had notified them.
Although our mail carrier is always courteous, she has delivered packages to my address that belong to someone else and has delivered my packages to that person. While we have the same numbers at the beginning of our addresses, the street names are completely different. It has been brought to her attention multiple times and continued to happen. The only good thing is that I and the other recipient are honest enough to return the packages to the mail carrier unopened the following day. Otherwise this would be a major issue instead of just a huge inconvenience.
