Mail has gotten from California to mo in two days. Here we are day 4 and 50 miles away. stl still has my mail.
Unprofessional, miserable, ignorant, and very confrontational. I put my mail on hold and went to pick it up, and of course the lady had an attitude and refused to give me my mail. I had to go get the postal police and now they won't deliver my mail at all!
This is the worst service I've ever seen in my life. I did a mail forward and they apparently don't know how to process those. All of my mail is being returned to sender. I forgot a subscription package and they returned that to sender after I called them 4 times and was told that it was being forwarded. Might as well be talking to a wall every single time you call!
Why did my package go from your location to Washington state . headed to Houston Tx. This is not the first time it has happened. Can someone explain this to me in English. Now there is a 4-5 delay . Y'all are terrible at BEST.
USPS is a national treasure - the staff try really hard to get solutions for everyone's different (and difficult) questions. This excellence is found at every USPS in St Louis, except for the Clayton branch on Maryland, aka The Seventh Circle of Hell.
