Very convenient local post office with a well diverse clientele as well as the staff that shows impeccable customer service with golden hospitality services. Thanks For Showing Up & Being On The Front Line For Everyone. A hard job that is deeply appreciated.
They don’t even deserve a 1 star. The lady that drivers the Jaguar is very rude and unprofessional. I would seriously recommend the top people at the post office to look into these employees working because they are very lazy and don’t want to work. I pay taxes every year and seeing these workers who work for the taxpayers being lazy is unfair.
Rude, uncourteous and unhelpful. They kinda insult you if you don’t speak all the post office “lingo”. I wanted a return envelope+label, and they never added tracking for the return label. Zero communication skills and zero customer service.
My package was delivered at 8 pm at night so due the fact they didnt even bother to ring the bell my $53 package was stolen and I got notice of it being delivered 16hrs later. Also no customer service number to even talk to someone
Everyone is polite and patient.
