I run a small e-commerce business so the USPS is a crucial part of my business! I visit this post office (my local post office) almost every day and am always greeted with a friendly wave or hello. The staff are overall very nice and helpful. I've never had any major issues with any of the hundreds of packages I've mailed.
Trash. Better off hand delivering/receiving your own mail.
Zee helped me out for my first time sending a money order. Seriously give this worker a promotion, a raise or clone her so we can have a great worker like her at every location. Very friendly and helpful!
Horrible customer service! I had a package I needed to pick up and when I told the employee they immediately raised their voice to me saying there is no way I have a package for pickup because all the mail had to get redistributed today for me and everyone else. I asked them please not to yell at me and then they ran into the back room slamming stuff around, leaving me there at the window distraught not even the slightest attempt to find my package or get my tracking number to see if it may be out for delivery so I could have some piece of mind. I stood there for a few more minutes to see if they would come back and nothing..
I have never had any problems with customer service and they have always been very helpful with any questions I have had about sending packages through the mail.ud83dudc9e
