Reviews
Physically handed a package to a postal worker in the building at the drop off door. It has been 3 days and it still hasn't been scanned in as received. I've called twice. The greeting tells me the next available operator will pick up. Rings for more than 3 minuets then goes to a busy signal and then hangs up. I understand that delivery is behind, and empathetic. I don't understand not scanning it in when you physically have it in your hands. I'm not pushing to get it delivered quickly, I just want to know you have it, that you acknowledge you have it, and I and the receiver can track it. It would be nice if someone would answer the phone too.
If you have a Priority Mail package, let it start here to die a slow death. Sitting in the post office for 5 days with NO movement is NOT acceptable. We'll see how long it sits before someone does SOMETHING. As of this review the date is the 10th of April. I have another Priority Mail piece sitting there as well. Same situation.
I have used Wentzville post office for over 20 years. I have never had a bad experience with staff nor have I ever had any issues with packages sent or received
I shipped 8 items before Christmas and they are still in transit or at Wentzville facility. Slowest I have ever experienced in my life
i’ve had so many issues with this post office, and the people working here are unbelievably disrespectful and rude.
