I don’t understand how a post office is open for only ONE hour on Saturday’s. This is extremely an inconvenience for sure. Also, I’ve been there as they were closing and they would not even take care of me. And the doors were still unlocked, so if the door is open, you should take care of your customers. I was there one minute before closing. So upsetting.nnI didn’t give them one star because the times I did get taken care of, the staff was always friendly. So, I will commend them for that.
Both ladies who work the counter are extremely rude why work in a customer service industry if you dont know how to treat ur customers and are going to be rude and grumpy also don't talk down to me like a 5 year old... leesville post office has always treated me with kindness and respect
I live just up the road from the post office and even though this neighborhood is not big l I'm still waiting at 1:23pm for the mail to come.
Staff is always helpful and ready to guide you with the shipping process.
When I have a problem with the mail the personnel handle it in record time also very friendly
