Constantly don’t deliver to my address, post man never knocks, staff is rude even on a good day, no one answers the phone. If I order a package I am lucky to get it! They can find my address just fine when its bills or other mail but I have to constantly fight with them to get my Amazon packages. Wish I could give them zero stars.
Sooooo slow now I just want to finish with the PO. Box the i have and found other Post office to get one
The staff here have always been helpful to me. I have had to wait a bit if I arrive right before closing time, but even then they get through each person as quickly as possible without rushing the person they are helping.
This post office will not help you find a missing package at all. The clerk lady was not even willing to look at the tracking number at all. Do not go here for anything. Stick with the shipping store at entrance road.
