Called them at 5:30pm about a prescription for my wife lady asked for tracking # found the scrip waited on us to drive to the office even though they were closed. Super nice lady
Horrible!!!!! I called to inquire about my package that was told to me that it is at the Highway 54 post office, the lady that answered the phone acted as if I was bothering her. She proceeds to ask with an attitude,” Well what’s the tracking number “ I tell her she says it’s at the Georgia Avenue location. I go there only for them to tell me it is not here. The lady was very helpful and really tried. I just went home only for an hour later see that the postal driver delivered it!!! Really!!! Don’t fool with the Hwy 54 location......
This location didn't attempt to deliver package just left note in mailbox, I’ve scheduled for redelivery four times and still haven’t seen my package.
Called to check on something and a lady was completely rude and hung up on me. Called back to speak to a supervisor and she yelled at me and hung up. Will never affiliate with this place again.
Awful customer service and the hours are horrible for anyone who works out of town. Could we, the citizens who live in this area, get at least one day with late hours? This is why I use Amazon so much.
