Neat little small-town post office. Friendly service. Drop box in front for after hours.
I just got off the phone speaking to Kim about a delivery issue I had a question on. She was so pleasant. Very kind, patient, and cooperative. I was worried about it since I don't usually call post offices, so I wasn't too sure of how things work. I appreciate her help! Great customer service.
We love this post office. However, we live in Clarkdale directly across the street. We are forced to pay for PO Boxes because the USPS denies us delivery service. Fix this!!
Had no problems with this location until a week ago. I went by to pick up my mail only to be told, there is no mail in my box it is being forwarded. I didnt initiate the request & I asked being forwarded where. Couldnt tell me that but said request was done in August. Ok had to be my mom. I go home & ask my why is she forwarding my mail & she said she did the request as individual, with only her last name which is different from mine. None of the mail has been forwarded to the house so I had to call and cancel the credit cards I came home expecting to retrieve. Because I drive truck otr I was unable to go back & ask where in the world is my mail since none of it was sent to my home on a forward request that wasnt even in my name. Oh and the icing on the cake. I renewed my box in June. The forward request was done in August. So for the last month or so any mail sent to my po box has been shuffling around the state of GA because it is never received at my home. Wont be back home for another month so box cancelled. Maybe now the mail will actually be forwarded to the correct address. Smh
