I ordered items on 12/8 and I have yet to receive my Christmas packages. Whoever manages shipping procedures needs to get FIRED!!!!!!! There is no excuse on why it is taking so long to receive my packages when the tracking says it at the Austell location......Amazon have my items here quickly and efficiently...I hope Amazon upgrade to the postal stamp method one day...
i ordered some face masks and a phone case on dec. 8th and i have yet to receive my package when it should've arrived a while ago. amazon usually does a wonderful job when it comes to making sure items arrive in a timely manner but having it take this long is embarrassing now.
Some of the workers at this location do not know the difference between a Fedex and usps tracking number. Or maybe that's what they want you to believe to get rid of you.... Otherwise, the location is decent.
Mike Gwen Santana are the best hands down great customer service number one on putting a smile on your place.
Never had any problem with service at this post office. They deliver my mail early each day. I can get the help I when visiting this post office.
