US Post Office

Last Thursday I was told by the call center that my package was at this post office and when I went there the following day I was assured by the employee on duty that it was not there and that location doesn't hold packages. The employee said this confidently, as if it was impossible that my package could be there and that I was somehow inconveniencing them with such frivolous matters even after I told them about my call with the call center. They gave me the second address at Acredale claiming that my package would be there (all this information was in the employees head by the way) so I went there and the employees at the second location were more helpful and friendly but couldn't tell me anything because their supervisor wasn't there and that I could leave my tracking number, name, and phone number and the supervisor would call me on Saturday, I never received a call. So on Monday I came back to the Acredale location to inquire again at the second location. The supervisor came out and called the first location and spoke to their supervisor who confirmed my package was indeed at the first location. So I drove back to the first location and spoke to the same employee as the first time, who didn't recognize me, and they proceeded to tell me the same thing they told me the first time about my package being at the other location. Not once on either encounter did the employee investigate my claim that my package was there until I insisted that their supervisor had confirmed that the package was there the whole time. At which time the employee retrieved my package and quickly retreated to the back area. Time is our most valuable resource, the one commodity that's limit is finite and I do not appreciate having mine wasted. Why would location would be in a position without a supervisor or other key personnel needed to perform basic functions? Also the employee at the first location complained about communication with their chain of command, maybe something to look into? In general I have been very disappointed with USPS. Lately it seems this organization has forgotten that your front line employees are customer service representatives, ambassadors of USPS. Not to mention government funded... TAX PAYER FUNDED. I don't know what your training department is doing but I can assure you they are letting you down. Tighten it up USPS, or Amazon might just replace you for good.

I have been to this location a few times. The first time I was told the wrong information resulting in waiting to receive my mail for a week only to find out it this post office was holding it. The second time I was called in the morning to pick up keys to my mail box only to find out when I went to pick them up they were closed. Another lady had the same experience as I did when we both arrived at the same time because we were called in by this post office. The few times I have gone there the workers seem extremely annoyed that they are being bothered by customers. The workers are rude and unprofessional.

Not much good to say about this post extension (I guess that’s what it is - it’s pretty much only a drop off spot). From the clerk, I received no hello or conversation. She took my package and then walked away. Didn’t utter a peep. No goodbye or have a nice day - nothing. Then she turned around as she was walking into the other room and said “that’s it”. Wow. Very unprofessional and rude.

For the pass ten months my neighbor's has received each others mail and mail from other street address. We did not received any mail the last two day but the mail truck Circle the cultural sack without stopping. I had mail in my box and so did my neighbors with Flag up for two day. Today, I took it to the post office.

This location is only for receiving packages, not to send any mail...
