This PO could not be any slower. 9 ppl in line, 1 clerk who took her sweet time processing 2 outgoing packages. I’ll never come back to this PO again. It’s worth the drive to go anywhere else!
Would give 0 stars if I could. Customer service was garbage. Wanted to send a package out & was informed it came from UPS instead of USPS. Either way still wanted to use USPS to send stuff back out due to address issues with UPS. lady made me feel very belittled. Would avoid this place if possible. I understand the idea of being stress at work & being short staffed if that were the conditions of the remark. However, she should’ve been more conscious of her response.
Theres better post offices in the area than this one, and I would absolutely advise driving a little farther to find them. The service and environment will be better. If I had to take a guess at what's wrong with this one, I'd guess management, because of the attitude of the front desk clerks.
I was nervous going here after reading some of the reviews. I was pleasantly surprised at how quick I was in and out of the post office. I also inquired about other packaging materials and they were very helpful!
This location needs a kiosk so bad. Wait time is always 30-45 minutes
