I went to get a new passport and the staff member named Gale was fabulous. She was welcoming and extremely polite. I did not have to wait long and the trip probably took 15 min max
I went in today to get my passport processed begun. I do not know the gentleman’s name but he was a gentlemen in every sense of the word. Very attentive, knowledgeable, helpful and so friendly. It was a pleasure working with him and I am so grateful for his help.
This government facility never opens up on time there is six people standing out here waiting to get in to get their mail that is now 10 minutes after 10:00 on a Saturday morning somebody needs to look into this.nIt's a not very professional of the United States government.
Great experience. Ronald (I think?) was hilarious, kind, and made it a quick, even fun experience.
The passport acceptance center was the beat and be ever dealt with. David made the process so easy. Highly recommend this location for your passport needs.
