This is the third package to disappear and each time that, they said that, the packages were delivered I was home,on top of that, I have a door bell camera with no,postal worker delivering anything. Someone needs to investigate the postal service, and they need a better way of checking,to see if their employees are really delivering our packages/mail. Take a lesson from Amazon.
The package drop in the wall is always broken. The freestanding one in the lobby is always full. No one will come out to take the packages. Why have a self service kiosk if there is no place to leave the packages? No supplies in the lobby. No customer service at all. Just rude. It's worth the drive to Bayside Branch instead.
This place deserves less than 1 star. They are underfunded, understaffed and unhelpful. If you have stuff to do other than go to the post office - forget about it. You should plan at least 30 mins for a visit here. The staff is impatient and unmotivated. They don’t care to be clear or helpful when dealing with customers. Honestly they need a complete makeover and overhaul of the staff.
The very friendly wonderful people are great and they seen under staffed people working in the office ever there's only two people maximum so it makes a long line
Staff is extremely rude and disrespectful. The one woman even laughed at me for being upset.
