They are so rude and the mail delivery driver wont deliver any boxes. I cant stand having to come here.
Many of the staff are unfriendly like others have said, but Jim in particular is friendly and knows his customers. There’s a difference between being a good customer service person and just going about your business of sorting. I have to admit that the people are much friendlier since the one guy retired. One female employee is efficient, but often unfriendly. Of course my mail carrier is absolutely the tops.
The staff are nice, they obviously perform multiple tasks and have to complete them before attending to a customer who has just walked up to the counter. If you are in a hurry then do not blame it on the staff, save the hate for the DMV in Woodstock which is staffed by the most unhelpful people EVER!
Rudest man ever who served me at the counter. Was even more rude to the woman in front of me, almost made me walk out. Clearly unhappy with his job. I will go to another towns post office just to avoid him.
