Awful service. Never answers the phone. Post person keeps putting other people's mail in my box. If I say return to sender they just put it back in my box. I've received other people's mail and packages. So I wonder if someone else is getting my mail.. Attempted contacting the office and no one answers. Will be making a complaint.
I've never had a worse time with packages. Packages are either never delivered, sent back to sender, or inconsistently delivered to different locations.nnI'd give zero starts if I could

I won’t receive mail for two to three day but my friend across the road from me get his everyday and they put held at post office when I never put in to hold it there worst part about rocky mount is the mail delivery can someone please do there job right:/
The employees at the USPS office in Rocky Mount are always on the ball. They go the extra mile to take care of your needs and are respectful of your time, also whether it is raining or snowing they will always greet you with a smile. Thank you all for your outstanding work !!
